Project Objectives
A torque measuring system which allows for;
1. Torque measurement using torque screwdrivers & torque wrenches
2. Results recorded and graphed on a pc/laptop software.
3. Results can be exported to Excel for further analysis
4. Sampling rate of 20hz, 200hz, 500hz
5. Torque Range 0-2000Kgfcm

1. Electronic Torque Screwdriver "Kompact" with angle
BMS HA010 with upgrade for inline monitoring. Torque range : 10-100kgfcm. Accuracy : +-1% of actual reading. Measurement range : 2-100kgfcm

2. Electronic Torque Wrench "Torque-Control" with angle
BMS TAW040 with upgrade for inline monitoring. Torque range : 40-400kgfcm. Accuracy : +-1% of actual reading. Measurement range : 8-400kgfcm
BMS TAW200 with upgrade for inline monitoring. Torque range : 200-2000kgfcm. Accuracy : +-1% of actual reading. Measurement range : 80-2000kgfcm.
